   Shibuya is a hidden gem in Weston. My husband and I are here on vacation with family. We had been here two years ago and discovered Shibuya. We had to bring our family. As we knew, it was another delicious experience with exceptional service! Shibuya is a 100% must try. You won’t be disappointed.

   Food was great! Valentine’s Day treat! ❤️ Was busy place and service was a little off. But it’s understandable due to the holiday. We love the place and can tell they are loved among the community.

   Shibuya was an excellent choice for a birthday dinner! Their dedicated vegan menu with 25 creative options is a rare find, and everything we tried was outstanding. The Mozz Sticks were made from seasoned tofu and fried to crispy perfection. While they didn’t have the cheese pull of dairy, the flavor and texture were excellent. The Tofu Bao Buns used the same fried tofu but paired with fresh condiments to create a completely different, satisfying dish. The Plantain Bao Buns were the standout of the two, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The Pizza Sushi was another highlight, with a crispy rice base and rich toppings like truffle soy, avocado, and crispy onions. We also tried two rolls—the Ariana Roll, which was sweet, crunchy, and refreshing, and the Brad Roll, which delivered a bold mix of textures and flavors with its crispy exterior and creamy fillings. To finish, the staff surprised us with their Fried Oreos Dessert, served warm and crispy with vegan vanilla ice cream. It was such a thoughtful touch for the birthday celebration. The service was warm and attentive, making the entire experience even better. Shibuya exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely return to explore more of their vegan menu!

   Little place with a big impact. Awesome food! I mean … incredible. Fresh. Beautiful. Full of flavor. They need a little more help. One person was answering phone, waiting tables and getting the to go orders out the door. Did not take away from the incredible food.

   We got there and they didn’t honor our reservation. They told us nobody was going to leave for the next 20 minutes or so and if we wanted to eat there we had to stand and wait at the door until a table decided to pay and leave. We have come here a few times. We were SHOCKED. I will NEVER come back, that’s NOT how you treat customers. AWFUL SERVICE.

   The dining “experience” here left much to be desired, both in ambiance and culinary execution. The interior, an eclectic mix of themes, lacked coherence and comfort, making the dining atmosphere confusing and uninviting. The menu, ambitiously priced, did not deliver on its promise of high-quality, innovative cuisine. Dishes arrived not only overpriced but underwhelming in flavor and presentation, failing to justify the steep costs. Service, unfortunately, paralleled the overall lack of finesse, with inattentive staff and prolonged wait times further diminishing the dining experience.     Amazing service the food is fantastic so many delicious options! A true gem hidden in Weston. The ambiance is great wonderful music just at the right volume so can enjoy a great conversation Come and experience it, it will become a fave for you!
