La historia de la cocina Chino-Peruana se remonta a mediados del siglo XIX, cuando los primeros trabajadores Cantonéses emigran al Peru y empieza una fusíon de su cocina milenaria y la peruana.

En Shi-Nuá o “Chinois” -como bien se escribiría en Francés- nos atrevémos a darle un nuevo matíz a los ya conocidos clásicos, con toques e ingredientes europeos y americanos así como también de otras regiones del lejano oriente.

La atención excelente, las entradas muy ricas, pero los platos de fondo estaban muy grasosos, además mi pato llegó muy seco. La calidad de la preparación no justifica el precio. Los tragos ricos pero no a destacar. La decoración era lo mejor del restaurant. Saludos!

Excelente lugar. Un poco alto los precios, pero los vale. Restaurant de primer nivel. Es como estar en algún restaurant oriental en New York o Los Ángeles. Espectacular su comida. Fabuloso.
