   The Shang Palace is located within the Shangri La hotel, which is a top hotel on the Bosporus. The property is visually impressive and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. The food is outstanding in both presentation and flavor. Service is very good with slight niggles, just requires some small improvement.

   Estubimos Hospedados 4 noches en este maravilloso Hotel , Lo unico que podemos decir de este Hotel que en el restaurant donce almorzamos dos veces la comida es excelente pero el SERVICIO no ,ya que se demoran demasiado en traer de un plato al otro , no obstante valio la pena es muy buena la comida en Turquia, hay otro restaurante Chino en el Hotel , que si nos fue de maravillas , pero el mejor restaurante fue el servicio a Habitaciones , muy BUENO, excelente , El Hotel se merece 5 Estrellas , muy limpio y muy decorado con maxima seguridad . Lo recomendamos 100 % .....

   10 star service and staff was great.. they met our expectations at last minute. Restaurant Manager was exceptional
