   isappointing Dining Experience Our recent visit was disappointing due to several issues: Key Issues 1.⁠ ⁠Advertised brunch was unavailable. 2.⁠ ⁠Refusal to serve tap water, offering only bottled water. 3.⁠ ⁠Waitress's indifference and lack of knowledge regarding Florida laws. Florida Laws and Regulations 1.⁠ ⁠Florida Statute 513.012: Requires restaurants to provide drinking water upon request. 2.⁠ ⁠Florida Administrative Code 61C-4.010: Mandates potable water availability. 3.⁠ ⁠Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA): Prohibits misleading or deceptive practices. Expectations As a customer, I expect establishments serving food to provide free tap water as a basic service to the community. Recommendations 1.⁠ ⁠Provide tap water upon request. 2.⁠ ⁠Train staff on Florida laws and regulations. 3.⁠ ⁠Ensure transparency in menu offerings. Improving these aspects will enhance customer satisfaction and adherence to state regulations.    Excellent experience!! I reserved a table for 2 to celebrate my friends divorce. When I showed up and was briskly seated, I was then greeted with champagne and a “congratulations.” 😍✨ When my friend arrived a few minutes later, she was also greeted with champagne. What followed was exceptional food and service for each course. I wish we left room for dessert because the maracuya (passion fruit) cheesecake was calling me. So I will have to come back soon for the the dessert and the excellent food and service.

   the food was sooo expensive and DISGUSTING…….. and the music was nice but too loud it blew my ear drums

   The lamb chops were dry and the tiramisu was like my 10 year old son made it. It had nothing to do with tiramisu. Ambiance was good.

   The ambience is the best. Live and very good music . Food was very good too but very small portions. Mains options are around $30 drinks around $20. We didn’t order desserts

    Dinner with friends. Restaurant was fairly deserted when we arrived, so it was quiet. Decor is a bit over the top but interesting. Ambiance was a cool hangout. Food was delicious. Tuna app, drinks were strong and delicious, truffle ravioli was not overly truffle-y and a definite repeat, and the curry with shrimp was also wonderful. Service was attentive without being obnoxious. Will definitely go again!
