Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish."     Food was amazing especially the Calamari and Sea Bass…their filet melts in you mouth!!!! Service was outstanding!!

    Our 1st experience at Seviche did not disappoint. Ben was our server and he gave us great recommendations. Everything we ordered was outstanding and Ben was very attentive without being overbearing. The tuna ceviche, bison empanadas, snapper and skirt steak were all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Tres Leches cake with browned butter macadamia nut ice cream was the perfect dessert/birthday treat. (Thank you Ben ! ). We look forward to a return visit.

    Great waitress Jenny who’s recommendations were spot on! The managers were attentive as were the other servers. Best ever fish tacos, mushroom enchiladas were off the chart, and the deconstructed carrot cake was one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. The decaf coffee was  excellent and way better than expected.

    Came to celebrate my sister’s birthday and everything about our evening was perfect! Each dish was so unique + flavorful and the ambiance was warm & lively. Seviche is a local gem!
