Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish." Seviche has received 4 stars from local food critics and continues to be a stand out among Louisville's top independent restaurants.



We have just completed an extensive renovation and expansion. New features include updated bar area, cocktail lounge, state of the art restrooms and 60 person private dining room.

    The service was great and our server (Nely) spent time engaging with us and made sure we were taken care of. We had Snapper and Steak which were delicious. We are from Cincinnati and would recommend anyone to visit.

    It was ok. It wasn’t anything super spectacular. Im a huge ceviche fan, so was naturally looking forward to exploring all of them. Our table of 4 did just that, and they were just so-so, and very small servings for being as pricey as they are. The main entrees again were just so-so, small portions (3 scallops, 3 carrots on my plate) for if I recall $50-ish bucks. I will say the cocktails were on point.

    We were seated near the front door and it was way too cold to enjoy our evening. Our server was excellent but her assistant was way too aggressive. She continued to take plates and glasses before we were done and she repeatedly poured water cross people. The wine bottle we ordered was too warm as well. Long time Seviche patron but this evening wasn’t up to par for what we normally receive from there. Thanks, David

    Our 1st experience at Seviche did not disappoint. Ben was our server and he gave us great recommendations. Everything we ordered was outstanding and Ben was very attentive without being overbearing. The tuna ceviche, bison empanadas, snapper and skirt steak were all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Tres Leches cake with browned butter macadamia nut ice cream was the perfect dessert/birthday treat. (Thank you Ben ! ). We look forward to a return visit.
