   I have been here multiple times and always come back for more. Service is always excellent and the food is definitely top-notch. I highly recommend.

   We booked brunch for our last day in NYC not realizing that there are almost zero gluten-free options here. It would have been such a treat to enjoy breakfast. Instead two of us got yogurt and the third waited to eat elsewhere. What an expensive disappointment.

   I love eataly but don't bother with the wagyu burger It was bland not savory at all cheap on the pickle c'mon man throw us a whole kosher pickle bitali! The potatoes were 😑 meh. I'm sticking to your pizza restaurant.

   Had a 1:15 reservation but upon arrival they mistakenly gave our table away. Our waiter never came to us for the 15 mins upon arrival. Another waiter who wasn't assigned to us took his table. Food was eh. Will not return

   You know its going to be an unprofessional experience when you have a reservation and approach the hostesses with a non energetic greeting and wait 7 minutes before being seated in a half empty room. The hostess is walking around figuring out where to seat us. As they know its our anniversary brunch with friends still waiting and no acknowledgement ??? hello we are here waiting as you are aware. The server was nice but was not familiar with the menu enough to suggest one of the more popular dishes that might be a winner. So we ordered the TIramisu pancakes to share at the table for an appetizer. But it came with the main dishes and was not warm or hot as it must of been sitting for a bit waiting for our entrees, that where bland or salty ( eggs benedictine bland, ceasare salad w/chix salty, the Mafaldine was good., as well as the Focaccia bread) We didn't complain as it was a challenge to get someones attention. As no one asked if anything was needed. Im aware the industry is very challenging today with staffing but overall its got to be better for EATALY and their operation.

    I got winter decor when I thought I was booking SPRING. The name and images of this restaurant are misleading (at the moment). I went there in April for SPRING decor and they still have their winter decor up, which is a popup by a different name, which is not mentioned anywhere online. There was eggnog on the menu for goodness sake and it's April! I was very disappointed hiven I booked the restaurant based on the online images for a SPRING bridal brunch. The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was so disappointing.
