Food with no flavor. Sad. With a crust so thick it was barely chewy. I've never had that in Italy

A bit over cooked tagliatelle and flavorless broccoli rabe. The polenta with mushrooms was delicious and so was the chicken.

Lovely waitstaff.. wayyy too over priced for the quality of food. Incredibly disappointing. As a nyc food lover, we thought it was not up to par at all. There’s so many better restaurants in eataly.

Katherin C was our waiter. She was so lovely and attentive and made our anniversary dinner so special. But her interactions with other table were just as wonderful as ours. What a wonderful employee you have. The food was outstanding and the venue stunning with all the greenery and lights. Definitely worth a visit. Food was priced very affordably as well.

Our party of 6 (that included 2 kids) had an amazing time at Serra! The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is so peaceful and calm! Our waitress Katharin was phenomenal, she was so personable and gave us amazing service! I’m so happy we chose this restaurant for our dinner!
