   Cannot remember my server’s name but she was amazing. Helped select a perfect meal and wine pairing for my wife and I on our first time visiting. Highly recommend for a lowkey date night.

   We had a great time! The place was packed! We were late due to traffic but the host was very accommodating and we had a table. It was prom night so a little noisy but we enjoyed ourselves.

   Excellent food and a very nice server. Easy to walk to from Loews. I’ll be returning next time I’m in Atlanta.

   Our party travelled to Colony Square specifically to go to Serena's. That requires parking in the adjacent lot, which was VERY difficult to access. After departing my car, I lost my parking ticket. I realized it as soon as I got into Serena's. In spite of telling everyone at the restaurant, I got absolutely no assistance--none. I was directed to go to the hotel concierge (outside the restaurant), who directed me to a parking box. I reported my lost ticket, which was within minutes of parking. I was told the charge was supposed to be $90, but since I reported it, it would only be $30. REALLY???? The people at Serena's must said sorry, but made no effort what so every to help--and by the way, the comp parking could not be applied since I didn't have my ticket. Another REALLY??? To make matters worse, I had listed on Open Table that we were at Serena's celebrating 2 birthdays. That was never mentioned or even acknowledged by the restaurant. So, what should have been a happy celebration was awful. My fault, I know, for losing my parking ticket. Nobody being able to offer any help except to charge me $90-$30 is a huge issue.

   We are old but not ugly and every time we come (with reservations) we are offended that we are consistently sat in the back the restaurant, even though there are plenty of open tables in the main part of the restaurant.

   Great dinner! Especially a pre-theater dinner as the service was good, understood our need of timeliness, etc. my actually dinner was excellent! And good voice of wines.

    Food was good, server was good, although kept being too pushy on the drinks, I said no thank you like four times. Ambience was chill. The food was tasty but I added shrimp to my pasta and it was $12 for 3 tiny shrimp which wasn’t worth it. I had the chai drink and could not taste any chai in it but I did get a small buzz from it. Overall, it was good but not wow.
