   If you are looking for perfection Selva Grill at UTC is where to go. Superb food preparation and a staff that truly cares about their customers. We have never been disappointed! The scallops are phenomenal topped off with Pot Of Mousse for dessert! Enjoy!

   Selva is always a treat. My ahi tuna was delicious, and my friend enjoyed her chicken sandwich and fries. I love their chimichurri sauce they serve with plantains to start. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Excellent meal!

   Staff was warm and friendly, ambiance was lovely. Food was bland and did not have balance of flavors, the slaw on the chicken overpowered the whole dish. The dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives was tasty, but when I bit into the olive - the blue cheese was covering a pit! The saving grace of the whole meal - the sweet potato soup with crab. This was amazing.

   I was taken out here tonight for a night out, and out it turned to be a really bad experience. First of all the food was so bland. They offer a Caesar Salad but do not have anchovies in the kitchen? I ordered Paella and it came with 3 shrimp, 3 mussels but a ton of couscous for $44. This is the most expensive couscous in Florida. I realize one pays more for trendy but the food should at least be palatable. Go elsewhere

   First time there. I expected better. Beautiful restaurant, felt a little rushed to order our meals, drinks overly priced, food good, but not exceptional.
