   Amber jack was extremely fishy.....not good, however appetizer and samlon dish outstanding and service was excellent....made up for "fishy" dish....

   Selva UTC delivers! Even during xmas week with the restaurant being at capacity, the service was excellent and the food as well prepared and dependable as ever. Good job!

   As usual, our overall experience was top quality — food, service (we loved Juan), ambience. Unexpectedly, we had an extra special time. It was our anniversary and, unbeknownst to us beforehand, Selva added a couple of extras to our experience that made the evening that more special to us. I’d recommend Selva to most anyone. Favorites for us are their Caesar and House Salads, Skirt Steak and, my personal favorite, their Rack of Lamb, all with Selva’s special herbs, spices and sauces. A Real Treat!

   Wonderful dinner at Selva UTC as always. Great food, service and ambience. Especially enjoyed the salmon with crab topping and short ribs which we tried for the first time. 👍

   After one visit, I would say that Selva is a very good restaurant with a diverse and complex menu as well as a knowlegeable and attentive waitstaff. I will certainly be returning soon!

   The flavor of every dish we ordered was on point! Service was great, beautiful restaurant. I had the chilean sea bass and it was like butter! The appetizers were delish as well. We got the lomo saltado empanadas and omg!! Delish!! We cannot wait to go back again.
