Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.

Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. Overall excellent dining experience for the food and beer pairing dinner. The food was excellent and went well with the beers. The dining room was the perfect size and the ambiance was good. The dinner began a little late, but we were not expecting every single thing to go perfectly as it is part of the Culinary School. Highly recommend!

Being able to watch the kitchen and see the process was especially interesting for our son. The staff knew of his interest in cooking and gave us a tour afterward, which was really a treat.

Overall a wonderful experience. We all liked our appetizers, and loved the main courses. The desserts were presented beautifully and delicious as well. The menu offered a nice variety of. This is a restaurant which has students learning all aspects of the restaurant business including student chefs and wait staff. Everyone is friendly, but at various points of learning, so this should be taken into consideration when dining here.

This is an amazing place. Not only do you get a fantastic meal, but you get it from a great group of students. I have never had a bad experience and the food has been consistently terrific.

Morgan was excellent she was my server tonight. She was fast, greeted herself right away and did everything right. Everything I ordered also tasted amazing. 100% reccomend
