   Great BYOB addition to the Montclair-Bloomfield dining scene. Compliments to the chef, everything from the apps to the entrees were off the charts and the service by Julian and team was top notch.

   The food was absolutely spectacular. Best pasta I have had in a while. I ordered the ravioli which was delicious and my partner ordered the linguine which was divine. Our server Julian was wonderful and made the experience very nice.

   We had a great night at Sapori. Everything was absolutely perfect, every single dish that we tried blew us away. Our favorite was the burrata and the ravioli. We will definitely be returning here and telling all our friends about this place!

   Came to Sapori for dinner and had a great time! We ordered the calamari to start and I got the linguine while my wife got the risotto. Calamari was delicious. Linguine was also amazing. Service was great.

   Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Our service Julian is a gem! He recommended the Chicken Parm so I got it! My boyfriend got the Branzino. They were both so delicious. Definitely a place to come back to and should definitely try if have not yet.

   Food was very disappointing overall. For italian in NJ this was unfortunately below average. Service was ok for us but most tables waited a long time to order and have their wine open.

   Thank you for your feedback. I followed up with the team, and your server mentioned he checked in a couple of times and you said everything was good. You also finished your dishes, which usually signals satisfaction. I checked the system, and your order was taken just a few minutes after being seated. You had the lobster fettuccine and branzino acqua pazza—two dishes we’re proud of, and you’re actually the first guest to express disappointment with them. We wish you’d shared your concerns during the meal so we could’ve offered something else or addressed it on the spot. We always aim to provide a great experience and appreciate more details if you’re open to sharing.

   My bestie and I came here for dinner and had a fabulous meal! We had a reservation and were seated right by the window. The service was attentive and we got our food at the perfect time! We shared the burrata salad to start, which was really fresh. For entrees, we obviously both had to get the cacio e pepe! They make it right in front of you by mixing the pasta in a huge cheese wheel, it was so fun to watch! I’d totally come back just for that dish. It was amazing!

   I had dinner here with my hubby, and all I can say is everything was so good. We ordered the Cacio e Pepe, which our waiter prepared in a cheese wheel. It was not only fun to watch, but it tasted amazing! Such a unique and delicious experience! I can’t wait to come back!

    Had an awesome dinner at Sapori with a my friend! I started with the Bellisima salad, which was super tasty. My friend and I couldn’t resist ordering the Cacio e pepe, it’s prepared in a cheese wheel, and the whole presentation is such a cool experience. The pasta came out perfectly creamy. We shared the tiramisu for dessert. I’m usually not a big fan, but this one was actually really good! If you're looking for a great place to eat, don’t hesitate, make a reservation at Sapori. You’ll be glad you did!
