The Great Sioux Chef, whose names means the mix of two cultures & the birth of a third: the pagan religion, we honor this at Santo Coyote. It is a place where the Creole cuisine, great wine, & a great atmosphere, converge to create the true host.

Trece tribus sioux, mil rituales, un lugar mágico: Santa Fe Nuevo México. Ahí llegan las primeras misiones católicas a la zona de Alburquerque y nace la leyenda. Gran Jefe Sioux cuyo nombre significa la mezcla de dos culturas y el nacimiento de una tercera: la pagano-religiosa, a esta raza honramos en Santo Coyote. Un lugar donde se mezcla la calidad, los valores y el desarrollo humano; creando un ambiente donde se reúnen comida criolla, un exquisito vino y una atmosfera increíble que hace que cada integrante se convierta en un verdadero anfitrión.

muy Mala experiencia llegamos y como estaba lloviendo no estaba nuestra mesa lista. Nos pusieron una en un rincón, aún cuando habían más desocupadas. Hicimos la reservación para celebrar un cumpleaños y nunca nos llevaron el pastel para hacer la celebración que era sorpresa. No esperábamos que nos regalaran el pastel pero sí que hicieran la celebración. Muy mala experiencia y la comida nada extraordinario.

Es un restaurante diferente en su tipo algo novedoso en el concepto de indios y comida criolla, en general la comida buena pero es algo caro minino $500 por persona con bebidas, los meseros en su afán por romper el hielo hacen chistes sarcásticos que a la ves incomodan, aclaro no todos.

Food quality for some dishes was questionable the menu said Salmon but it was a different kind of fish . Then you cannot see the dishes or for the matter not even the build very dark . But we had a good time
