   Honestly, the dishes that we ordered were simply not well executed nor were they well plated. The corn salad was nice and that was the best dish of the night. The ceviche was just not a ceviche and overwhelmed by its spice. The fish could have been anything. The salmon was lost. The Shortrib overall just was a mess of a plate and lacked any depth of flavor in any of the the components with exception of the carrot, which was excellent. The “Phoenix” cocktails was totally unbalanced by heat, which made it unpleasant to drink and our sever never checked in on us during the meal at all. Only to deliver food or beverages. One of my most disappointing meals in a while.

   My wife and I had a lovely dinner at Santo, staring with some inventive and tasty cocktails, a great queso appetizer followed by a "Dino" short rib that was outstanding, and a lamb shank that had flavor for days! First time going there, we will have to go again to try other menu items that looked intriguing, and judging by our first experience, should be very tasty as well.

   Some of the best food we’ve ever had. Cocktails, apps, entrees and desserts are all outstanding. The pork chop is a must try, as is the ceviche. Everything is delicious and really unique.

   The food was excellent and well presented. Split the corn salad and we both enjoyed the textures and taste. The queso fundido exceeded expectations. The crispy potato sticks added a nice touch and there was just enough heat with the spices. I had the dinosaur short rib and had to bring a great deal home. The meat was beautifully cooked and the seasonings just right. My husband had the quesadillas. The servings were large enough for a hearty eater. Service was okay. Did appreciate the waiter taking my cocktail off the tab after i didn't like it. Good beer selection

   Outstanding appetizers, entrees, & drinks. The bartender Justin made me some off menu specialty drinks that were some of the best I’ve ever had. Great place with food you won’t find elsewhere, great evening.

   My husband and I had a very delicious meal accompanied by impeccable service. We shared a white fish ceviche app, the roasted corn salad, and the tomahawk pork chop. All were outstanding. This meal was not inexpensive, but it was definitely worth it.

    The appetizers were great. However the short rib was too fatty and drowning in sauce. Lastly, the service was lacking. No one ever checked on us after we received each course or asked us for a second drink/cocktail.
