   Food was excellent, as it is each time we go. They have certainly been discovered because they are packed every time we go. We’ve learned to make reservations! Haven’t been disappointed yet!

   Had a 6:30pm reservation (1/11/25) to celebrate a family member's birthday. We weren't seated until 7:13pm. We would have gone somewhere else to avoid the frustration of waiting, however it was a Saturday night in the Dallas area and difficult to just walk in to another restaurant in the area. Had to check-in with staff several times as a reminder because it was so chaotic inside with multiple people waiting. At no time prior to dining did the staff apologize or acknowledge the situation. Was told by young man working the desk that booking through Opentable you're not "guaranteed" a table when you make a reservation. We use Opentable all of the time and have never had this issue nor heard of that. Obviously, it would defeat the purpose of the platform if this were true. We are regulars at this restaurant and typically have good meals and good service. An individual did apologize to our group after we finished our meal.

   This time we were there on a Saturday evening. It was lively to say the least. We waited it seemed like forever before we got our drink order. Our waitor tried very hard to get us to order our food even before we had received our drinks but we resisted. Our caesar salad was way over cheesed. I love caesar salad but not cheese salad. The bread was not as good as usual either. The highlight was our chicken picata which never dissapoints. The cocktails were good also, once we got ours. We will not be going back on a Saturday again, but will go back.

   The food was very good. Wish they had more gluten fee options besides pasta. We have been there many times.

   Salute is an incredible restaurant! The atmospher is spectacular, the food is fabulous and the staff is above and beyond the best!

   We have been before and had awesome service and food. This time around we did not experience the same. Bread took 30 min to arrive, server was not attentive. We had a party of (7) and two of the orders were served cold and had to be sent back. Husband had to flag down another server to order his drink refill. Once food was served our server disappeared. We had to find another server to get our bill. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for our bill to be delivered. My main irritation is that we spent over $400 on dinner and had to wait and flag people down to get service. Additionally, there were several other servers who were not busy who should have assisted or alerted our server. Food was excellent once all plates were delivered hot.

    The restaurant looks great, Ambient look nice the lighting was too bright but It was expect for a restaurant in Frisco, TX anyway. Music was lovely and moderately level. The staffs are friendly and attentive made the under standard service seems ok because I can see that they were really tried. Probably with better communication and proper training would help all staffs perform better. The food was underwhelming, pasta was over cooked they brakes when I picked them up with my fork, salad dressing was mild, the fish was on the dry side, seafood was not very fresh, there was lack of springy texture and the portion was very large! I understand that these could be what the neighborhood enjoy. I am just offering my honest opinions here. Overall I made reservation didn't expect much but I left not disappointed. Great job!
