   We ordered our food, waited a long time before someone who I assume was a manager came to tell us that my husband's country fried steak was undercooked so she told them to re-cook it. She offered us an appetizer while we waited, which was nice of her, but we didn't really want that much food. Once his Country Fried Steak came he cut into it and blood came out into the gravy on top of his steak. He's the type that, once seeing something like that, can't eat after. We called the manager back to let her know and she asked if he wanted another but of course he didn't. She offered something else and he was not able to eat so he declined then she offered a dessert so we took it to go. We will not be back. Super disappointed because we expected better. The service was good and we didn't blame the waitress or manager. They did all they could and were very apologetic and kind.

   This was just a very basic, very average experience. Food was so-so, the service was lackluster, and one of the entrées was not cooked to the right temperature and had to be sent back. Just average.

   We have only been for the thanksgiving buffett, but it was very good with friendly staff. Really comfortable atmosphere and high quality food. We will return to try the regular menu soon.

   Thanksgiving Buffet food not hot, undercooked green beans, messy tables with spilled food. Disappointed with choices for high cost thought they would have a salad of some type, or relish tray. Had to literally flag down waitress to pay bill.

   Food was okay for a buffet, but this restaurant does not usually have a buffet and did not seem to know how to keep food hot or even warm. Turkey was dry and overcooked. Beef Roast was overcooked, but the kitchen staff brought out a better roast for the buffet that was tasty. Dressing was bland. Pumpkin pie top was burnt just like at Grandma's house. That was the only dessert offered. Potatoes, mashed and sweet potatoes, were room temp to cold temp; not hot. Staff were attentive as usual for Saltgrass. Noise level was moderate. We could hold a conversation and hear/understand each other. Restrooms were clean and stocked with paper products and soap.

   this was the Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet- the turkey was dry-green beans not cooked still hard -sweet potatoes under cooked- the beef was cold-the dressing and gravy was good-pumpkin pie well I've had better- do not recommend the buffet

   We attended the Thanksgiving dinner buffet. It was very mediocre at best. They used fresh frozen green beans in the green bean casserole and they were thawed but not cooked. A lot of the sweet potatoes were not fully cooked. The Mac n cheese was dry with too much bread crumbs. Corn bread casserole was not made correctly. Dressing was dry. Did not have a real turkey carving was dried out processed turkey breast. Mashed potatoes were okay but would have been better hot. Everything was room temperature pretty much. No covers on the food so everything got cold quickly. Cold off the bread shelf break apart dinner rolls. In a bowl. Definitely not worth 35.00 per person. Only dessert choice was pumpkin pie. Very disappointing. Would never return. Or recommend.
