   Four members of our party ordered the prime rib. The meat was very tough and extremely fatty. It was difficult to cut even the sharp knife provided. This was a big disappointment. The service was very slow. The restaurant did not appear to be overly busy.

   Getting Separate Checks with Landry's Select Club credit was a nightmare! Very slow and inaccurate. I still did not receive LSC credit!

   The Steak was tough and had more than usual amount of gristle. My date enjoyed her grilled chicken. Deserts very good. Bad steak at steakhouse ruined meal. . Put all gristle back on plate. . Will not go again and will tell friends about really bad steak (New York Strip) at Salt Grass Steakhouse.

   As always fantastic! The manager Sarah was extremely attentive and caring for all the staff and customers! Really appreciate the extra mile she went.

   Love Saltgrass. Unfortunately, tonight the service was terrible. Our server was great, but she was having to cover too many tables. It took nearly 30 minutes just to order our dinner. This issue needs to be fixed.

   The Prime Rib was excellent. Only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For the price, it competes with high end restaurants and was an excellent value. Highly recommended!

    Prime rib was 80 percent fat, sirloin was mostly fat, chicken fried chicken breast included dark meat and was not all breast meat.
