   Excellent food, and great service by friendly staff at the restaurant this lunchtime. We were there to celebrate using our Christmas gift voucher as a treat during Restaurant Week. The fish was delicious, as was the rhubarb and ginger dessert . Amazing ambiance in the city centre location, great value for money using only the best ingredients . Lovely experience all round!

   The restaurant depicts class. The service is excellent and the food is superb. Love that estate the counter and can see the open kitchen.

   We have been wanting to try this place for a while. I am a lover of seafood and found this place to be fantastic. From the moment we were shown to our seats to paying the bill, the staff were really attentive and the food was amazing. The starters (both specials) were presented well and tasted beautiful they did not disappoint. I had a seafood mixed grill and for me this was a novelty, a meat mixed grill would never be something I would ever order due to not being a big meat fan but this was fantastic. Plenty seafood and mixed choices all tasting amazing. Too full for dessert but will definitely be back to try more of the delicious food in the great atmosphere.

   The hot platter (with cold oysters) goes so well with samphire and a bottle of the riesling. Enjoy people watching and fine company.

   The food was good at the time and service was very good. Nice to see the chefs working together. I enjoyed the food unfortunately it did not agree with me and resulted in a dash to the toilets in Marks and Spencer

   Excellent service-our server recognised me and when I mentioned what I’d had and really enjoyed during my last visit-offered to make it despite it not being on the menu. That’s great service!

   One of our favourite places to eat in Newcastle. The food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff are excellent; attentive, professional and friendly. Would always recommend this restaurant and have now have friends who also love it.

   Outstanding. Best place to eat in Newcastle. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Chefs are great at preparing and delivering high quality dishes and also service time is fast for orders placed.
