Great food,especially the Wednesday night steak and ale special. Beautiful space, friendly attentive service, and great live music the night we were there. Would definitely return!

Area was incredible. Hotel was clean and food was great too. I did however wanted more of a variety of desserts, such as cheesecakes or even tiramisu. However food was great and had no issues.

Le restaurant est situé à l’hôtel Morgan. Ma femme et moi avons été bien reçu et bien servi. J’ai été juste gêné par la musique était trop forte.

Most everything about SALT restaurant was excellent. We were in Saint Martin for 7 nights and ate 3 out of the seven nights at the, SALT. The meals were beautifully prepared and artistically done and played it beautifully. The Chilean Seabass was the best I’ve ever had and we’ve eaten at the finest five star restaurants in Chicago. The only thing that was not enjoyable was one particular waitress that would just get put off if you wanted to hold off on ordering. She was quite rude to us the whole time and we gave very good tips each time even above the 15% surface charge. That was our only complete meals were five star. Great entertainment. Would highly recommend it.

Service started a little rocky but the food made up for it. I had the best filet mignon and lobster bisque but the crab cake was the star of the show

When we arrived the hostess made us wait which we thought was strange because they were not busy with only 3 tables filled but then…. We were seated and Courtney was our server. She provided us with details about the menu items and described each dish for us making our choices abundantly The food was plentiful and delicious We enjoyed the restaurant food yes, but Courtney the server was what we enjoyed the most!
