Not attentive wait staff. After appetizers were done it was over an hour before the entrees delivered, only after we questioned when we would receive our main course. Will not be going back. We were there for mom’s 85th birthday, very disappointing!

Overall we enjoyed our dinner, food was good and the server was very helpful. However, the restaurant was short on help for various reasons and so it took a vary long time to get served, much more than we expected.

Two friends and I dined here last night during our stay at the Tides. Both friends had severe allergies, and one had multiple. Our server was very careful when taking our orders and communicating with the chef. The restaurant was able to accommodate our needs and we enjoyed a delicious meal and great cocktails.

We were disappointed in the length of time it took to get served drinks. Our appetizers came out and were gone before we got our drinks.

We went expecting fine dining and warm and welcoming atmosphere and service… we got both, and a great view of the water as sun went down! Our server Lucia was wonderful and attentive all through dinner. Her smile lit up the room. Negronis started our evening… for an establishment like this you should know filling the glass with small ice cubes is not correct for a negroni! No large icecube? The raw oysters were delicious (which my wife had), whereas my squash risotto was a little bland, mushy but tasty nonetheless. We both had home made linguine and scallops… scollops wonderful, pasta overcooked and way to soft when in should be al dente! Such a let down. $42 each for linguine!? We finished with buttermilk pie, which was very nice. Wine pairing was great through the meal but so overpriced for the courses. Then we received are check and were overcharged $10 for the bottle of wine which they wouldn’t have said anything about had I not! To be told it was an ‘electronic mishap’ just seemed dishonest to me which spoiled the evening. We were told that afternoon that the prices were way over the top for the meals and wine… we wished we had listened! 2-3star only for the meal… but 5stars to Lucia the server!

Another wonderful dining experience at Salt and Meadow of house made linguine with scallops, white wine and crisp garlic, and pork tenderloin with broccolini. Key lime creme brulee dessert. Looking forward to trying the rock fish and buttermilk pie tonight. Service was outstanding.
