   Excellent food and value for the quality. Would highly recommend. Service was great & prompt. Atmosphere was on the louder side, but wasn’t an issue for us.

   At first glance at the menu I was worried it was typical pub food in a restaurant setting so we skipped the appetizers. Had the shepherds pie for 2 and was impressed by the quality and flavor. Next time I won’t skip the appetizers because this place deserves a return visit.

   Love this spot so much! Great food and ambience. Docked a few stars because the fire wasn’t going on a windy night in November. I’m sure there was a reason!

   This past week I attended Salt & Ash for dinner, and it was truly the best dinner of my life. It wasn’t just the food, it was the combination of the energy, my company and the waitstaff. The ambiance is this perfect mixture of warm and elegant but not pretentious. Our waiter, I forget his name, but a man in his early 20s was our server, and he was an absolute doll. Attentive, nice, accommodating, everything you would want in a server. The food was superior. I had the brie pizza which had so many incredible flavours, it tasted like Christmas. The house level was exactly right, and felt like background music as I focused on the person in front of me. Truly a wonderful place to eat and experience.

   Had a couple of wonderful meals. Pizzas were superb, from the minimalist Marguerita to the maximalist special with pork, pickled onions and jalapenos. The smoked salmon pizza on the regular menu was delicious too. The wings on special were the best I have ever tasted. The salads were great too: fall vegetables, nicely dressed. The location is beautifully situated right on the water. A nice selection of cocktails. What more could you want? I will definitely be back!

    Food was fantastic, once we got it ! . Our server was distracted and our order was messed up and then blamed on us because of dietary needs . As a result we waited a noticeably long time for our food while diners who arrived later were served and left . When we expressed our concerns , server blamed it on a busy restaurant. We were not offered and type of compensation , or any genuine apology for sub par service.
