   A 10 inch pizza took 45 minutes and came out tasting like burnt garlic. Horrible all around and overrated!

   I brought my elderly mother and aunt in for a casual and what I thought would be a fairly quick Sunday lunch. I had made a reservation and we were seated at a booth about 12:20. We quickly ordered a Caesar salad and a Classic Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce Pie. We asked that the salad come out before the pizza which it did and which we all enjoyed. As for the pizza, we waited about 40 minutes for it!!!When our waitress finally brought it over to us, I asked why it took SO long. She said there were two very large takeout orders they were fulfilling before us. What an insult! Patrons like us, coming IN to dine and having to wait that long for one pizza is unacceptable. I also told her as soon as she brought the pizza to the table that it was so burnt on the edges. We did eat what we could and avoided the crust. A manager didn’t come over to check in and our waitress didn’t really do much either. We won’t be back. A huge disappointment.

   I arrived for my reservations, checked in. Was told that my table wasn't ready. Then 5 min later a phone call asking where I was. Not a good idea having 2 children at the podium checking people in. And just and fyi, when my whole party arrived 6:01 I tried to tell the young man we were all here and he just brushed the info away. Then 6:10 I got the call . Pretty frustrating!

    First time at Sally’s, loved it! We ordered the house wine which was good. Then we started with the salad which is outstanding and the meatball did not disappoint, delish. The main coarse the pizza…. Star of the show. We ordered one to take home we loved it that much. We have been dying to go but can never get a reservation now we now why, I will book a week out going forward. Highly recommend and the staff and manager were awesome. I’m in the business and I will send my friends and co workers.
