   My party was disappointed in our 4:30pm reservation on New Years Eve. I've never heard of a restaurant closing at 6pm on NYE. The waitress told us that we couldn't order any pizza after 5pm but the restaurant continued to sit other tables until we left at 5:40pm. I understand it is a busy night which is why our pizzas took over 40 minutes to come out, but we unfortunately had to take it to go because we had plans to watch the fireworks at 6pm. They did kindly give us a free pizza for the next visit.

   The first time I went there pizza was fantastic; it had that nice coal fired char, and it was New Haven pizza without going to New haven. 2nd and third visit was different ( this was my third). Drinks were very slow to get from the bar, revenue lost as the could have gotten another round from us. I'll also say my restaurant pet peeve is that appetizers should come out first, and more quickly, and stagger with meal. We first sat down and server immediately said pizzas were taking 30-40 min to come out. So we ordered appetizers. Apps took forever, 2nd visit all food came at once, 3rd visit the pizza beat the appetizers. I said something to the runner who shrugged shoulders and walked away. Add to it the pizza had more "flop" and less char than I'd expect from a new haven pizza, and was a step down from our first visit. Also, my son had the carbonara, which was decent, but a bit salty and leds creamy than expected. Still really good, just not the exceptional that would make me put it ahead of other options.

   Seated in a timely fashion, wine $15.00 a glass , way too expensive . Ordered a salad to share, told pizza would take 35 minutes, arrived in 15 minutes, salad hadn’t come yet. Then the wrong salad arrived 3 times!!! Finally the correct salad arrived almost finished with the meal. Waitress not very attentive, think this restaurant needs to train it servers and iron out a lot of kinks. If you are looking for great pizza and salads go to first and last! Will not come back to sally’s

   Music is so loud that it spoils the experience. The pizza is not as good as the new haven restaurant.

   Excellent meals for all three of us, prompt service, waiter was attentive, and atmosphere was fun - everyone seemed to be having great time.

   The pizza and drinks were excellent, it just took over an hour to get our pizza. Wait staff told us right upfront it would 35-45 min but even that is a bit excessive. The music was too loud and head bangers ball type music, not what I would have expected at a restaurant. Booth was comfortable and restaurant looked very nice.

   I can say that we most likely will not return. Service was good but the food was below par. Definitely expected more from a top name pizza restaurant.

    Over this experience was poor. To start the music was on full blast at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon playing alternative rock music. The pizza was sub par sweet sauce and way too much, we got half cheese and have pepperoni and there were 8 pieces of pepperoni on the half. My daughter is 4 and loves pizza and wouldn’t touch it. Not to mention the pizza was $40 for 1 topping. Not worth the trip if you ask me. But this is my opinion. I also asked if they had any non alcoholic beers and the bartender/waitresses response was only non alcoholic beers we serve here is Root Beer. Killer joke.
