   & person reservation. They didn't have a table for us for 30 minutes. Seven people ordered dinner. 2 people never received their main course. Really? Out of other main courses at 7p.m. The manager brought my wife a free dessert after they realized she never got her dinner. Big frickin deal. Avoid this place til they get their act together. They need proper help and managers over 21 years old who know what they're doing. You've been warned! Bobby

   Hopefully an isolated incident, but between the service staff and the kitchen, they managed to misplace one of our entrees'. We had a party of six and 5 of the entrees' were brought out with the expectation the last would soon follow. We all sat there for 15 minutes staring at our food trying not to be rude to the one person without food by starting in. All the time, our entrees' are getting cold. I hate it when restaurants do this. It completely ruins the entire dining experience. The service staff could easily have fessed up to the error at the time and at least we could have started on our food, rather than have them go cold. There was no mention of the problem nor did the restaurant try to make it right. Obviously we will not be going back.

   We once again had a great experience at this neighborhood gem. Food was great, the service was good and the value was one fo the best parts of the experience. We will return again and again.

   Visited for first time on a Super busy Thursday night ~ wished I would have got name of bartender, she was impressive (!) only 2 behind bar and they were bust’n …s. Great food/service/drinks, be back soon :)

   Second time we dined at Saint Urban and it was great again . We sat at the bar and service from Caleb , Billy & Cassidy was excellent again . Food was fresh and very good . Enjoyable evening .

   Oysters were a bit dry, like they'd been shucked and sat for awhile, also creamy, probably due to off season. They were out of beef tartare which was disappointing. Fries and cesar were good, love the option of "girl dinner" combo. We will return.

   We liked that the menu offered a very good assortment of items to share as appetizers or to even combine a few as an entree. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. Overall, a nice evening and we'll return soon. As with many restaurants, the music is unnecessarily loud.

    It is an enjoyable experience for anyone wanting good food and wine. They are reasonably price with a nice variety. Apps in the $10 range and mains in the $20 range.
