   We came here for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration and from start to finish the staff, food and atmosphere were absolutely outstanding! Our entire group was made to feel special, and were attentively waited on the entire time. Our server was knowledgeable about all the menu items, the food was incredibly delicious, and the live music was a beautiful addition. They made it a birthday to remember for sure! 10/10 all the way!! We will be back!

   Amazing service! They gave us complimentary bubbly booze and dessert of our choice for our anniversary. The food taste great. Highly recommend!

   The food and service were excellent. We would go back. I think my only critique would be that our area was a little dark and we couldn’t read the menu, but our server did bring over a little light for our table to help with that. It is definitely a higher priced menu, but the quality of the food we received justified the higher price tag. Overall a nice date night venue.

   I wish S and L was consistent with their food quality. Sometimes we get great tasting food and other times, like tonight, it wasn’t. I had to send my crostinis from my carpaccio back to get crispy and they still weren’t cooked enough. It wasn’t busy either so they can’t use that excuse. The wine is always good though 😁

   Food wasn’t that great! There dine out Vancouver was terrible!! Options were bad. Steak was small and horrible and 60 dollars a person no thanks

   Everything was great however the filet mignon was quite disappointing. Underseasoned and not as tender as it normally is from there. Usually they nail the steaks so this was out of character. The waiter made it right though, and it was overall a great experience.

   Enjoyed it as we always do, busy, but not too busy. We enjoyed 2 appetizers which were delicious, crispy Brussels sprouts and Calamari. Staff was great, drinks were super tasty and the price point was great value. R

   The business plan here is clear, make the restaurant pretty and back it up with less than Denny’s quality. We were asked twice (once in advance) if we were celebrating; we were! We were asked for a special request which the restaurant hadn’t read until we arrived. Our request was a 0% bubbles, which they didn’t have, despite the restaurant being located directly above a BC Liquor store. Why ask twice if this is a special occasion when you have no intention of doing anything about it? The menu looks great, but they could not deliver the quality they romanticize. The bone-in was almost all fat (I know this is a fattier pc) and we paid 79 for about 4oz of edible beef. The yorkshires should not be on the menu, they are a disaster both in taste and execution. There was also a lack of non alcoholic drinks beyond 0% beer. The Lumittee non-alcoholic gin that was offered for three cocktails on the menu wasn’t actually available. Muddled strawberries and lemonade that you offer is essentially a high-sugar drink for kids. My wife drank water on our anniversary dinner. Server was nice and was doing her best. Unfortunately no one cleared or dropped entree plates for the steak we were sharing. We sat waiting on two entree size plates to share our meal, as we were only had our small side plates from our appetizers to eat steak and potatoes. This is the Temu/Wish version of the Keg, and it’s only a block away, go there… this restaurant and staff look like it’s waiting for its last days. Lastly if you’re a steak house, get some knives that can cut steak…

    Booked here for a dinner before the hockey game. Honestly disappointed. I ordered the wellness bowl with a chicken breast. It was mostly rice with a few pieces of chicken…certainly wasn’t the breast I’d paid for. My bf ordered a burger which he compared to a fast food chain. The burger and fries were also lukewarm at best…the place was hotter than the food. The service was good but the music was too loud to talk unfortunately. Not likely to drop over $100 on two meals and one glass of wine here again.
