   The 21st & L location in DC is abysmal. We sat at a 2 top booth in the bar. Our server, Mika, was the worst. I dine out regularly and have never had such terrible service. The food was okay....although the wedge salad was quite under-dressesd, 1 cherry tomato, perhaps a tsp of bacon and blue cheese. We had to ask for bread & butter 3 times. She finally delivered it with our salads. I requested more dressing but didn't get it until well after our entrees were delivered. Multiple requests for water. No check-backs on the food. She forgot the dessert that came w one of the orders (pre fixe). We waited over 15 min for the check and then 10 more minutes for the dessert and to pay. We tried multiple times to flag down the GM but he ignored us. This location is a terrible mark on Ruth Chris' reputation. We will NEVER return.

   The waitress was so nice. It was my birthday and she told me everything about the restaurant and I had amazing time with my man/husband at dinner yesterday

   We had weselin has our server he was very friendly and provided great service. Our food was delicious i got the new york strip and my partner got the filet mignon both were cooked perfectly and our sweet potato casserole was so good we had a great time and a perfect date night we will be back.

   I wouldn’t recommend the Ruth Chris DC location. We went for a special celebration dinner on a Saturday night and the restaurant was nearly empty. The hostess wasn’t that professional or kind. The meal was incredibly expensive when the service was mediocre. One of our side dishes was incorrect, and the waitress didn’t apologize. Our side was brought out 10 minutes later well into when we were eating our meal. It wasn’t professional service or ambiance like other steakhouses I’ve been to in DC- where the food is much better and the same price. It wasn’t worth the price we paid.

   Amazing and attentive staff, delicious food. Everyone was professional and friendly. We arrived a few minutes late to our reservation due to traffic and weather-still seated promptly.

    My experience at Ruth Chris was absolutely amazing. After we got seated, it took almost 45 minutes to put our order in due to how busy it was at the time. We were celebrating our birthdays so we became a bit frustrated but our server Evelyn made it right! She was extremely apologetic though it was something out of her control, super kind and professional. Ended up giving us our first round of drinks on the house along with a glass of Prosecco. She then provided us with shots for our birthday and offered to take our pictures which she excelled at as well. The food was 10/10. I got the stuffed chicken, Mac& cheese and creamed spinach! Soooo good! Will be back!
