   Absolutely amazing as always. I’ve been a guest at Ruth’s Chris from Connecticut to Maui. Ive been a loyal customer for over 40 years because it’s being my dad’s favorite restaurant also. Service was beyond exception. You have kept a loyal customer to your ever consistent service. Thank you. Miss you in maui tremendously

   Overall, we had a good experience. The only downfall was a family with young children we’re seated close by. They had a younger child, maybe 2 or 3, that was clearly sick and coughing constantly and of course doesn’t know any better to cover their mouth. So of course germs were being spread through out the dining room. It’s unfortunate that this family thought it was still ok to go out to dinner with a child that is clearly sick.

   I went to celebrate Valentines day a few days later because every restaurant in America was booked on the actual day (I was bummed but still looked forward to celebrating my favorite day). While at the restaurant, every single staff member greeted us warmly and one went out of her way to make our late celebration feel current by placing rose petals and confetti on our table. I thought that was the sweetest thing! The food being delicious as always made everything just as great. We definitely felt the love and thought the service was outstanding. Thank you for making my night, team. I'll make sure to secure a reservation sooner for Valentines day next year!

   This is not a premium dining experience anymore. It's been several years since coming here but will not be back. Overpriced and under-serviced. Food was marginal and not good value. Laminated dessert menus that were dirty and frayed edges, half the women's bathroom stalls were out of order, and even the lighting in the restaurant was too bright: it all felt like an overpriced Applebee's. Our server was great but had to manage more than she should have. Very disappointing.

   What a lovely evening ..everyone so sweet to us. Belal did such a great job and never an empty water glass. . Delicious food..all great! The two lady managers were awesome! Very accommodating. Thank you so much!

   We just had our first visit tonight and everything was amazing! From food down to the service! The only thing was we waited a little longer than expected but everything else was perfect. We had the porterhouse in truffle split into 2 cause I could barely finish a whole steak. Creamed spinach, chocolate sin cake, broiled salmon & fries (for our 5 year old), blueberry mojito & our server was so kind to give us a small slice of cheesecake :)

    Lived in the area for 30 years & it seems to have had an excellent reputation, however, my experience was very disappointing. I eat at a lot of nice restaurants & many great steak houses around the country and my steak was a much lower standard of what I expect for $65-$75. Very chewy & way too much gristle. My wife had similar disappointments with her meal & based on our experience with both agreed it was a horrible value for the price & don’t see any need to ever go back. Very disappointed as we both were very excited to finally go there for dinner. There were some good highlights from the experience, but felt the value versus price was horrible. There are a lot of great choices at their price point!
