   My steak was a bit subpar, ordered it medium but came out almost less than rare. They did cook it more and it was OK, not what I remembered how good it was before. The others in the party were very happy with their mains, side were very good as were the salads and dessert.

   The server made so many mistakes. Asked for refills for drinks- had to ask multiple times. two steaks for the table- both cooked wrong. Flavorless salmon. Birthday party- but cake brought to the wrong person. The list can go on- it was very expensive and really annoying. I expect better service for this restaurant. Very frustrating. Will not go back.

   To be fair Juan took time initially to answer our dietary and food questions. It’s not his fault the kitchen messed up. Our DIL’s steak came without the shrimp & mushrooms she ordered. We couldn’t believe the bill! For nearly $500 we feel robbed. It took an hour to get our salads. And another 45 minutes at least before the kids got their meals. Took about 30 minutes to get desserts. The assistant server handed me a salad and expected me to hand it out. He didn’t even know what type of salad it was. No one was super impressed with the food. We asked, in several conversations with Juan, for EVOO only! The kitchen did NOT READ THE ORDER and made our dinners with butter. Juan got right on it and had them do it right. The service was haphazard and unprofessional. Food was rushed quickly to us without proud words and presentation. We will not go to a Ruth’s Chris again. Anywhere.

   Such a pleasant and relaxing experience. A steakhouse with finesse. Knowledgeable staff and attentive service. Food was delicious and the quality and execution was spot on.

   Steak was amazing. Brussel sprouts were overcooked and mushy. Potatoes tasted like a microwave dish. French onion soup was okay but not impressive.

   We were a little nervous to spend our wedding anniversary dining here because of some not so great reviews we read, but I’m so glad that we took a chance because our experience was really great! Our server went above and beyond to make our celebration special and the hostess welcomed us with “happy anniversary“ and sprinkled, rose petals and little hearts all over our table, which I thought was adorable. The manager stopped by our table and each table around us to check in. Our steak was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Cocktails were right on. Really great night and we will be back. Thank you for a memorable evening!

    Second time we tried it. Not a great experience. Both times steaks were not cooked as ordered, sides were sitting under a heat lamp for a long time and were try, service was good but manager was a little much.
