We went for a birthday dinner. Our waiter was the BEST waiter we have ever had!! Everything was spot on. He made sure any special requests were met. Our food was perfectly prepared and the dessert was so good we actually ate way more than we should’ve. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for a fabulous evening.

I so want Reno to have at least one quality fine dining establishment. This was not that place. Disappointing on all levels. Perhaps the place fits neatly in its setting - a casino. Yes, they sing group Happy Birthday wishes for all to hear.

All of our food was cooked perfectly and delicious. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. This is great for a special occasion or if you just want a really good steak!

We had such a wonderful experience here. Our waiter Kieran and the manager Michael both made it such a special experience for us. We were celebrating our anniversary and they put such personalized touches to our experience. It was absolutely wonderful.

Ruths chris is always the best place to celebrate! The reno team did great! 10/10 best food, not really too expensive,great fast service! Nice respectful workers.

I had a less than great experience at this place a few years back and decided to give them another chance. The service has improved dramatically. I ordered a Cowboy Ribeye (rare) which was cooked properly. The price for ordering “Oscar Style” with three spears of asparagus, Bernaise sauce and crab cake was a bit excessive but not a deal breaker. Caesar salad was what you’d expect. Ambiance was acceptable but not earth-shattering. Shaw waited on me and she provided good service. The manager also checked in once during my meal which was appreciated. Overall, not overwhelming but would recommend. Certainly a much better experience than last time.
