   They’ve made my reservations for my girl friends special and of course my first experience the best a person could make it. I appreciate my waiter and his trainer for all his help.

   It’s been a couple of years since we last eat at Ruth’s Chris. What a disappointment! The lettuce wedge and the waiter were wonderful. The assistant to the waiter and the food runner did not seem to enjoy his job. The main food tray came out and it just sat next to our table. It took a minute until someone arrived to move the plates of food to the table. My stake plate was not hot enough I could touch with no problem. I order my steak medium knowing that the normal 500 degrees hot plate would finish cooking my steak to my liking. What a disappointment I was looking forward to a delicious steak. I also ordered the roasted corn. It had no flavor and lukewarm. Now I understand why it’s been a while since we dinned at Ruth’s Chris.

   The food at Ruth Chris aways exceeded expectations, however the service continues to be poor at this location after dining there for a second time!! I won’t be going back anytime soon unfortunately!!

   The WhistlePig experience was amazing! The food was spectacular and the cocktails were masterfully made. The service was superior and they took note of and made accommodations for my allergies.

   When we first arrived, we were told we had to wait 10 minutes until our scheduled 6:30 reservations for the whiskey dinner. Then another party of 4 arrived and were immediately seated by the same person who told us we had to wait. The inconsistency by this person was infuriating as we could have just been seated in our reserved seats rather than standing at the front door. This dinner was expensive and to be treated this way was completely unacceptable. If we ever return and she greets us, we’ll leave.

   was seated fast Service was awful our two servers Seemed so out of touch it took them A while to even greet us or bring water One a younger white gentleman Who said he was the servers assistant and then our main server, a young black gentleman I forgot there names They both asked us for water we said Fiji The assistant brought us tapwater. The main server bought us a Pellegrino we told him we asked for Fiji, very strange then proceeded to bring us Fiji we ordered two drinks that took forever he never checked up on us finally, we ordered as we were eating our dinner Even though we had an open bottle of Fiji on the table The servers assistant proceeded to pour tapwater into our already filled Fiji water cups very disappointed, have been to this location before must of been a off night

    Our server was the one bright spot throughout the duration of this entire experience. He was attentive and empathetic when we made him aware of the various challenges we experienced. My experience here fell far below the standard I have previously known Ruth's Chris to hold in the past. This was my first time at the Odenton, MD location as I typically frequent the location in Pikesville, MD. We arrived approximately 9 minutes prior to the reservation time of 8:30pm but were not seated until approximately 8:45pm. I normally would not call out an annoyance like this but the issues, but it was indicative of the theme of the overall experience. We ordered one cherry old fashioned and one traditional old fashioned. Neither tasted as you would expect an old fashioned to taste. They did not have block ice cubes and the smoker was not working. We ordered lobster bisque as an appetizer. It unfortunately arrived to our table with a taste as if it was burned or sat in the pot all day. After taking account of all of these unfortunate things, we decided to end the meal there, pay and leave for a better experience at The Prime Rib. While I will presume this experience was anomalous to the overall Ruth's Chris offering, I will not return to this particular location. Disorganized is the adjective best describes our experience. This was the recurring theme from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
