After never having eaten here- we thought it would be a fun experience as a birthday dinner. To fancy up and create a new memory. That being said- we are totally ok with a one time experience. Ruths is not any better than getting steak at surrounding restaurants in the area. The quality of meat is very good. The drinks were good. Where Ruth fell short for us- The etiquette of the entire restaurant lacks. I was expecting way more high end than what we got. I made the reservation almost a month in advance and we were seated at a six top long table for a party of two- in front of an emergency exit. The lights were not low. They have sports playing on Tv at the bar in arms throw. How is that etiquette? Not everyone cares about sports teams. The beef we ordered ( a filet and bone in ribeye) was simply not seasoned- instead it comes on a hot plate with bubbling butter. Thats it?? The quality as mentioned before was very good. But I love a good seasoned compound butter steak. We eat steak at home 3-4 times a week and make it with more flavor than Ruths. We had a good evening because I enjoyed the company, but I have to say I was let down because I had this false expectation of what I thought Ruths was. I have better EXPERIENCE at Club Soda. We have dined exclusive. We have dined in bars. But you know the difference and expect certain conditions at each. Ruths was mid. Best review I could give.

We tried Ruth Chris for the first time mainly because of Savor Ft Wayne menu allowing us to try it more affordable, but we still upgraded here and there and had an absolutely amazing dinner with leftovers to take home. We will definitely be back without the Savor option. Thank you for taking part in their fun way to explore our city of great food!

We were a party of 4, I just don't know what to think I found plastic in my food the server just brushed me off. I didn't ask for money off free food or anything I just got the brush off I could have at least got an oh I'm so sorry what an 35th year anniversary disappointment I cannot leave a good review; I went to spend money which I did but I didn't get the same back as I went and gave
