Chef Ali Mesghali’s love of cooking began while growing up in Esfahan, Iran and Los Angeles, California. This interest grew to become a passion and a career after Ali moved to Atlanta, Georgia. We had a fabulous server Jordon helped us celebrate our 39 anniversary He was helpful gracious and added some goodies to our meal!!! We will be back and ask that Jordon serve us again

Rumi's always does an excellent job with the food! For our first time at this location, our waiter, Jordan, was fabulous! His knowledge of the food, his pleasant nature in describing it, and his attentiveness to our table were just the perfect amount! I would ask for him back as our waiter whenever I return.

I celebrated my birthday with a couple of my friends. The service was good and so was the food. We have all been there many times prior and we love the ambiance. Great place for any occasion

The roasted cauliflower and the mushroom hummus is the best! As for cocktails, try the Rumi’s Old Fashion.

I had an amazing experience thanks to my server Laura, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly attentive, making sure I had everything I needed while providing frequent updates throughout my meal. Her warm and personable approach made me feel truly comfortable, and she engaged in great conversation that added to the overall experience. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and friendly server, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Highly recommended! The lamb was delicious, cooked to a perfect medium temperature just the way I like it. The rice was flavorful, and the bread with feta was fresh and satisfying. The only downside was that I couldn’t get the lentils in the rice without the raisins, which used to be an option and is still available at other locations such as Sandy Springs and Alpharetta. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I look forward to returning!

Laura was a great! She was friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated that we were headed to the Fox so we had a timeline to keep in mind. Thanks for having such a great waitstaff. We love Rumis. We will def be back and would love to have Laura as our wait staff again.
