   Logan was an excellent server! Food was great our family of five including 3 kids caught an early Dinner (4pm) and everything was perfect. They had a kids menu with crayons for our five year old. The chicken parm, focaccia with ricotta, and meatballs were our highlights!

   Pasta overcooked and cold bolognese cold no flavor hardly any bolognese. Chicken parm no flavor and cold. Server was good and manager Comped a meal

   Excellent food and service, however, the manager was clearly struggling. We were seated near the bar and as the servers were prepping for the first dinner rush, he was very negatively vocal with them and the job they were doing. We could hear most of the conversations through a curtain behind us and they were not pleasant. Unfortunately, it detracted from our experience and with the number of options available in Caesar’s Palace, we likely will skip RPM Italian on our next trip.

   “ Not the best carbonara “ I’ve ever had ifykyk. Everything else was okay, but felt like service was prioritized based on $ of food and amount that was ordered

   Food was very average just a step above an olive garden experience. Was very disappointed as had convinced my colleagues to join me for dinner and everyone was disappointed. 2 meals had to be sent back as pasta overcooked. They deleted these items from the bill but still was disappointing. The service was very good though.

   This is a great Italian restaurant in the forum shops. The service was excellent. The chicken parm was outstanding.

   First, once you get into the Forum Shops in Caesars Palace, RPM is a long walk from the "start". The restaurant is beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. The wait staff wears white jackets and are very professional. Caesar Salad - the parmesan cheese lace looked pretty on top of the salad, but there was no "crispness" to it. The salad was overdressed... romaine lettuce should not be drowning in the dressing. Personally, I am not a fan of having to cut lettuce to eat my salad, but most people don't seem to be bothered by that. Also... the salad was delivered very quickly - before my glass of wine. Pasta Carbonara - beautifully presented with an egg yolk on top, which the server expertly tossed together. It's the first time I ever ordered this dish so I don't have any previous experience for comparison, it was good though. Lobster Ravioli - chunks of perfectly cooked lobster meat inside. Delicious! I did feel a bit rushed when our waiter brought us the dessert menu 1 minute after we finished eating our dinner. I would go there again, but passing so many other potential restaurants might sway me to say no. (Just a note... I don't mind walking and usually get 17,000 - 20,000 steps while I'm in Las Vegas. I mention it mainly for the "timing" issue if you are planning to see a show at the Colesseum)

   Worst experience of a restaurant ever. The service was horrendous. So rude, so unwelcoming, timing of food was constantly off (bringing half entrees ten minutes apart), taking plates before finishing the food on the table, the fritto misto was raw dough and not fully cooked/fried, the veal chop (almost $100 dish) was burnt to black and had to be returned with no apologies or anything. Worst dining experience ever. The waitress we had was just so rude and terrible. Then disappeared at the end of the meal and never came to apologize. She just sent over the manager who was no help and did not apologize and then disappeared too. Please do not go here if you want to enjoy yourself and have a nice dinner!
