Enjoy a specially curated dinner as the team pours limited availability wines from our cellar and explains how they enhance the flavors of each course. I’m a local and this is definitely a tourist trap. Overpriced for small portions. Our appetizer came out cold so they took it back and brought another - food was hot but sauce was cold. My friends entree was barely warm. Then overcharged us for items we didn’t get and acted like they did us a favor by taking it off the bill. They acted like they comped us, but it wasn’t even an item that we ordered. All that being said, the bartender was super nice, our server was great. He was very nice as well as the management. I’ll definitely try it again hoping this was just a one off.

Terrible from start to finish. Upon checking in with the 2 hostess, I alerted them my reservation would be from 2 ppl to myself.My gst flight was delayed. They were extremely snooty about that. I said, at least I showed up & did not cancel the reservation.Then, I checked to ensure as I requested on my reservation, I would be seated in a booth. The 2 of them said, it was not noted in my reservation, and It would be a wait of over 30 minutes. I informed them, I make reservations all the time in Open Table and know I put that request in.I certainly understand mistakes happen, but they all but said, you did not put this in your reservation notes, & I did. With their attitude, I asked to speak to the manager.Salina, who apologized profusely and got me seated at a booth. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana l Pompadour sauce with a side of pasta with Vodka Sauce. The ordered Chicken Parmigiana arrived with Vodka sauce, not the Pompadour sauce that it came with. My waiter, brought the correct order back out.Now the sauce was not thick like a true Pompadour sauce., it was watery. They even acknowledged that.Now the very professional mgr Salina came back to apologize once again. The side of pasta was inedible, it was completely gummy.They remade the pasta, which thankfully came out correctly prepared. The vodka sauce was on point and delicious. Service was minimal at best. I was left with having to flag someone down a couple of times to refill my beverage. I am a gold level loyalty member with Lettuce Entertain You program. I love to give positive reviews and feedback, but I would not recommend this restaurant in any way. With the exception of the lovely mgr, who seemed very genuine and caring. She comped the meal, which was appreciated, however I would have rather paid for my dinner and not had the experience I encountered.

Pasta and wine were excellent as well as the appetizer. They were great at accommodating my wife’s dairy issues by altering her pasta sauce.
