Went for a lunch and opted for the offer. Food really tasty and great for a quick lunch away from your desk.

The restaurant is located in a landmark location, please always ask for a seat at the balcony/1st floor. The service is nice and friendly and food good and all is at affordable level ;-)

I did not get to go this restaurant as Open Table let me make a reservation when the restaurant is closed. I would recommend always double checking.

Met a couple of friends here for the very good value early evening special. Our food was excellent and the service was very good. The place wasn't busy so there wasn't much of an atmosphere (it was a Monday evening) but that was fine by us as we were there to chat. It's also a lovely building.

Food was gloopy and disappointing - Thai papaya salad was not remotely authentic - sweet chilli sauce covering chunks of papaya fruit (rather than dry and grated) on a bed of leaves... very wrong. Pastas were cold and miso salmon tasteless. Tuna nicoise looked like it was made the day before and dressing was pink/grey in colour and inedible, Portions were poor.

I enjoyed a great business lunch today at The Royal Exchange. We took advantage of the set menu which had a good selection to choose from. I would highly recommend the chicken breast for main and apple & rhubarb crumble for dessert - both outstanding!
