    We are from out of town visiting relatives. Stephanie and other staff were very sweet, patient, and accommodating with our party which included some hard of hearing seniors. The food was great. This should set the standard of restaurants that wish to be successful. It will be our go-to during our future visits to Ohio.

    I ordered filet to be cooked medium. This steak was blood red and cool inside - definitely rare. The waiter did not check on us until everyone else had eaten. I will credit that the manager profusely apologized and offered a replacement for me to take home, which I thanked for the offer but refused. She comped the meal. Too bad I did not get to eat a meal with the rest of my group.

    Normally we have a great experience and the food is fantastic, but we all said the “B” shift must have been on yesterday! Normally a manager is all over checking on tables and no one to be found. Our waitress was outstanding but the food was not good. The potato was lukewarm, the rice undercooked and cold, the chicken on the Caesar salad was so dry you couldn’t even chew it (it was like sawdust). Certainly not the norm at Rosewood! We don’t like complaining and will generally just suffer through but had to send many things back. We had guests from out of state and it was rather upsetting.
