   We have been back a few times now & it is amaxing everytime, cannot recommend enough! Food & service is next level, you will not be dissapointed.

   We are very regular customers to Rosemont… absolutely love the venue, food and the team there. It is such an atmospheric venue and Aaron the proprietor is very welcoming, knowledgeable and client focussed. Our ownly issue on this particular evening was that our particular waiter was a little distracted and we had a couple of mix ups and delays with our beverages. But overall this is a spectacular dining experience in Prospect

   Lovely interior and great food and drinks. The service wasn’t the best. One of the girls who took our order looked like she didn’t want to be there, we weren’t even sure if she was listening when we ordered because she was looking elsewhere and talking on the microphone. We were happy to wait if she’s doing something else but would rather if she can focus on the customer. Once we finished eating around 0630pm (it’s only been an hour since we sat down), they were trying to get us out of the restaurant even though we had reservation(Wednesday dinner 0530pm ). Even though we were not ready to leave yet, the waitress stood next to our table with the card reader. We’re not insensible people and we wouldn’t sit at a restaurant for hours and hours but it felt very abrupt and rude. Otherwise food was good and it came out very quick as well. But for the price, we expected a better service.

   Such a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. The only down side is no way to call the waiters to your table if you need help.

   We booked several weeks ago for Valentine's Day. On arrival there was a long line outside. We learned from other diners that regardless of booking or not we had to wait in the line. Nobody on staff communicated and eventually we grabbed a passing waiter who confirmed this. She was unapologetic and just said we are very busy. As it was already 15 mins of waiting and the line had barely moved we decided to leave. I wonder what is the point of taking bookings if you are then expecting people to line up. Very poor. Will not return.

    Environment is great, service is decent. Though your waiter and waitress did have a little bit of discussion/argument in front of us due to wrong orders. Food is mid, dry beef in the curry, curry does not have a lot of flavour, all i can taste is salt. Deep fried icecream coating has no flavour, drench in butterscotch sauce but there's so much sauce I feel like my ice cream is swimming in a pool. Drinks are great. Value for money is probably the worst, would have given negative if i can. Deep fried ice cream for $22 is crazy! Char Kuey Teow (CKT) is $36 for a Large size but it looks like a standard size. Everything on your menu is just 20-25% more expensive than the usual high end market price. Normally, I won't mind paying if the food is great but that's not the case unfortunately. Will I return? Unlikely
