We had Pam as our waitress today. Good was excellent, we love our waitress. Love the vibe and everything in there. Definitely coming back!!!

I took friends to Easter brunch Having eaten there before, it was exciting to share a beautiful meal with them. Service and ambience was top notch, other than very slow delivery of his cocktail. The meal was a different story. My friend and I both had steak and eggs. My ribeye was at least half fat, which I showed the server. He thanked me for my “feedback”. My friends was also fatty. For a restaurant with steak in its name, this was very disappointing.

Food and service was very good. My only issue is with their gift cards, someone was kind enough to give my wife a Rosebud giftcard for Christmas. We went to their website and found the Hammond location was the closest location to us. Upon recieving the bill we were told the Rosebud gift card is only good at the Italian Rosebuds, and this is a steakhouse Rosebud. I will certainly never be giving one of their giftcards to anyone just to inconvenience them when they find out its only good at some of the Rosebud locations.
My party enjoyed the dining experience with one exception. Our server seemed as if she didn't want to serve us and was very nonchalant when it came to my husband addressing a concern for his meal. I couldn't tell if she thought we weren't going to tip her well and that was the reason for the service being what it was or if she had a long day and was ready to go home but it wasn't the best we've had there. We have had better.
The Busboys were also either bored or were anxious to take our plates and things because my sister couldn't put her food down and then go back to the bite she had for the busboy being so ready to take her appetizer plate. She still had food on the plate when he reached on the table for it while asking if she was done, frustrated and annoyed by his reach she told him to take it. This happened not once but twice. The only reason why we didn't ask to speak to a manager was because we truly love Rosebud and live in the area and want to support our own local establishments and the ambiance of Rosebud and company we had made it not worth the complaint. Next time I will but this past Sunday I gave them a pass.
