   Great place for sushi. Service was right on and not too loud. Outside would be nice when it warms up. We sat inside downstairs. The upstairs looks nice too. Highly recommend.

   My husband and I dined at Rose and Ivy last night and had a very pleasant surprise. We were seated promptly and the manager was very accommodating, seating us inside (despite the fact that we changed our mind having asked for couryward seating in the reservation). The remaining service was also prompt and professional. And the food was excellent! We had an order of gyozas with delicious sauce and delicate flavors. We then had the three-fish sashimi roll that was wrapped in cucumber rather than rice (yum!) and the sashimi for two. This was best sushi I had in Sarasota. I should also mention the bourbon cocktail, which were probably the most delicious cocktail I had anywhere. The ambiance was also very pleasant. The decor is cheerful and not over the top, the tables are close together but not noisy, and the clientele was very diverse -- ranging from older people to families with small children, to young couples on dates. One of the best dining experiences in Sarasota, we'll definitely return.

   Rose and Ivy is one of Sarasota's best restuarants. The unique dishes are delicious, the drink options are tantalizing, and the service is top-in-class. Beautiful location for beautiful people.

   As usual….same great service and food. Eclectic diners and an array of spots to sit. Gorgeous wedding in the patio and the ambience was festive - everyone was well served and very satisfied.😍

   Our server Cody was great!!! There was an event at the orchestra and the restaurant was busy! Food took awhile to come out but Cody made sure to check in on us, as did many of the staff walking by. Salmon was perfect!
