The recipes were good. However the Caesar Salad was served on a warm plate. The greens were warm. The ingredients were dumped into the bowl. Greens uncut salad not tossed. The pasta was cool. Served on a warm plate. That helped. We took the salad and pasta home. Heated the pasta to sizzle. Great Cooled , tossed , chopped salad. Delcious. Verdict . Poor execution . We have been served in Rosato for 20 years. We are VC members. Oh, and ambience? Flashing rechargeable candles. Ugly and distracting.
