The quality of the food has suffered in the last year, beginning with their signature tableside guacamole. I'm not sure if there was something added to make it go "further", but it was bland and we ordered the medium spice. The margaritas had more ice than liquid refreshment. My enchaladas arrived "cool", even the cheese topping wasn't melted. They have reverted back to their old menu from a few years ago, and they are worn and torn. We've always loved Rosa's, we have been patrons for many years. I was so disappointed on this visit, which I fear to say was my last.

Food was good. Especially like the mole. Staff is nice. They did make our table side guacamole without salt, but that seems like an honest mistake. Biggest issue—menus were disgusting. Food all over them. Old and falling apart. Didn’t really want to even touch the menus to decide what to order. Not a great way to start meal. Everything just looks/seems a bit old, worn, and dirty. Sad for such a beautiful space with decent food. The initial yuck is hard to overcome.

The worst fajitas I have ever had Meat was tough with no marinade. Beans and rice were put in one soup bowl. Never seen that in my countless mexican dishes. Guacomole was plentiful with NO flavor Have a nanager call if you want to hear more. Dont expect you will call 210-273-7189 Service outstanding

The food here is excellent, but I had a reservation, arrived a few minutes early, and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. That was crazy to me! What’s the point of the reservation? I also asked for a nice table by the window in the reservation and we were seated at a table that was half window and half wall, so only one person had a decent view. I also feel that our server was over extended and it felt like they didn’t really have time for us which is the opposite of how you should feel. Overall better management and training of staff is needed, especially for a busy location like this. I don’t care how good the food is, if I don’t feel welcomed and good about being there, I won’t continue to patronize your restaurant.

Omg, EVERYTHING was amazing! Had the fish and birria tacos! The house salsa was the most flavorful we’ve ever had, hands down. Definitely will revisit!

Food was decent. Service was excellent. We didn’t wait long for drinks or food and it was super busy in there. The bathrooms needed attending, but overall, good experience.
