   We had an excellent time. The cook that we had was one of the more social cooks we've had. Very friendly and outgoing. He did a great job of making the food and with the entertainment in the process

   Last time for me!!! I am a frequent diner at this restaurant, and i brought a person with last night which was her first experience with a hibachi restaurant There was no bartender so the 30 minutes we waited to be seated we could not order a drink We waited 15 min at the table with no server for at least a drink order , when we finally ordered, blue Hawaiians, all pineapple juice no Liquor could be detected Once the order was taken it took about 30 min for the Chef to show for the “dinner” show The chef that was assigned to our table,  had ZERO personality!! There were no words!! No huge flame, no broccoli toss, no egg tossing-nothing!! so my guests first experience with hibachi was a flat big flop!! I specifically asked for no broccoli, while my son asked for no mushrooms, and on my plate was literally all broccoli and all onions. There was literally no carrots and no zucchini. My son’s filet and chicken smothered in mushrooms!! The portions have decreased while the prices have increased tremendously!! Last time i pay almost $400 inc tip for this place!!

   We got smoked out! The hoods suck, like they don’t work at all. The front door is impossible to open, smelling shut because the pressure is terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for reservation. The smell with be all over your clothing cause it’s like a smoke show in there. Needs a full renovation and new hoods. Food is great if you have an appetite with all the smoke.

   We love coming to Rokbonki and wish we lived closer. The food is always amazing and everyone there is so welcoming.

    Food and service were great! The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and plenty of food for your value. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
