   Service was excellent. Salad bar was solid. We had a party of 12 (we made reservations so the restaurant knew we would have a large party), but the meat quality was pretty low. Several people at our table described the sausage as “average.” The grilled pineapple was a hit with some. The main issue, steak delivery was spread out too far and when it did come, probably 60-70% of the selection was either well done or rare, which equates to chewy or cool/bloody. There was almost no medium selections and tenderness of all selections was limited. Flank steak did have good flavor.

   For the price, the selection of meat was terrible. Steak was chewy and served mostly rare. Salad bar was okay. Don’t see us going back.

   We were there early. Servers & Gauchos friendly with constant availability of all meats which were hot , tasty & Good variety of rare to medium cuts

   Portions of meat were smaller vs other Brazilian steakhouses. Was told they there were 18 kinds of meat but only the same 10 kept coming around.
