The hostess was amazing when we had a last minute change to the reservation time and number of people dining. The staff were very flexible and accommodating. It was most appreciated! Thank you so much!

The food is usually very good and there is a good variety of options. Unfortunately I ordered my burger medium and it came out extremely rare. The server was outstanding and we will return. It tends to be slightly loud, but overall a great place and good value.

We went into Rock Bottom for dinner tonight. My husband and I both worked at this Rock Bottom years ago and have frequented the restaurant often since. The pizzas used to be very good, however, it seems that they switched the recipe. Both my husband and I ordered pizza this evening and it was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I rarely not finish food, but this pizza was so disgusting that I couldn’t finish it. The rest of the food was delicious, but whatever they did to the pizzas is awful and they should switch it back.

Had to choose two separate different orders because two different courses were gone. I go to rock buttom for specific things not to have to choose something else especially on a special holiday.

The waitress was great but the food was not .the appetizer was bad over cooked and my pub burger came out rare when I asked for well done I like rock bottom just that night was all screwed up

Very thankful restaurant was able to seat large group with reservation. Was surprised we only had one server for 12 of us. She did amazing but it took awhile at no fault of her own. Just a lot of orders and drinks.

The food was great on this trip however the service was pretty bad. The restaurant was not busy so you would think the service would be average at best but we barely ever saw our server. Our food came out wrong after taking 30 mins to prepare and she never checked on us so we just ate around the errors. For a Thursday night, you wouldn't expect the restaurant to be so empty but if the service we received is the norm, it makes sense.
