   We were there on Valentine’s Day. I don’t know what was happening but both the food and service were terrible. Our drinks took forever to arrive, they brought the wrong drink for my wife to start. Server forgot to put in the wine my wife ordered for dinner. When the food arrived I didn’t get what I ordered and both plates were clearly microwaved. Couldn’t find a server to send it back so I just ended up eating it, never had anything with lobster in it that had no flavor at all. There were several people walking out because no drinks or food were ever brought. I will say the server left both entrees off the bill after she asked how everything was and we said not really that good. Not going back though.

   I think our waiter forgot to put our order in we waited over an hour and a half and received half of what we ordered. It looked rushed and my steak was overcooked and the presentation resembled a kids meal. My girlfriend got the crab cakes and they forgot the asparagus and heavily over seasoned the mashed potatoes.

   Went for Valentine’s Day and they set the mood perfectly and did all the little things to make it a very special night.

   We had a nice Valentine's Day dinner at Riverwalk. The service was great and all the food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely recommend for a nice, romantic dinner.

   Overall awful experience, will not be coming back. Arrived with a lunch reservation at 12:30pm on a Friday. Started off well, we were sat immediately at a table close to the window with a nice view of the river (main reason for dining here). We waited about 10-15 minutes before our server visited our table for the first time. I ordered a beer, my wife a soda. 10 more minutes went by and our server returned with the soda and asked if we needed anything else, to which I responded my beer had not yet arrived. She returned a few minutes later with the beer and took our order. We ordered a charcuterie board for an appetizer and a burger and a salad for our meals. One hour and 15 minutes passed and the appetizer had not even come out (it was a plate of meat and cheese, no cooking required). I spoke to the manager, explained the situation and told her we no longer wanted the appetizer. Our meals came out about 10 minutes later and both were cold and not cooked as requested (medium is supposed to be pink). No apologies or explanations from the server, she just dropped the plates and walked away. I asked for the bill a few minutes later and we were so anxious to end this experience that I did not review the bill before providing my credit card. To add insult to injury, we were charged for the charcuterie board that we never received. Again, no apologies from the server, just an annoyed expression. We were provided with a scoop of ice cream on the house to compensate for possibly the worst dining out experience we have ever had. Again, no apologies from the server or manger and no part of the meal was refunded. Would not return to this restaurant if offered a free meal.

    Unfortunately, this was not a good visit. Despite having a reservation, we initially went into the bar because there was no one at the hostess stand and no one came out to meet us. The bar had numerous seats that had not been bussed or cleaned from previous diners. We finally found clean seats but decided not to stay in the bar due to the noise of a private party in the other room (this was not an issue, merely our choice). We finally got seated based on our reservation (slightly before our reservation time of 8:15 p.m. After ordering drinks the bartender (manager?) came out to verify our drink order as it appeared to have been put in incorrectly (it was). Additionally, my wife's order had been "upgraded" to premium spirits without such a request (yes, we were charged for the premium drink as well). Despite the fact that there were only three occupied tables in the dining room (including us), one of whom was already eating when we arrived. It took 45+ minutes to receive our appetizers. It was somewhat upsetting that one of the other two tables, which was seated after us, received their food before us. My wife's French Onion soup was bland and unevenly heated (indicating it was likely microwaved). My She Crab soup was okay but rather floury tasting. The entrees were acceptable but nothing special (although admittedly at this point we were somewhat jaded on the entire experience). The dessert (creme brulee) was very good. Service was minimal. Again, despite the fact that there were only two other occupied tables in the dining room, with at least one other server, we rarely saw our server. She checked in only minimally and I had to specifically request drink refills as she usually left the table without asking if I wanted one. 2/11/25 Edit: I had a very pleasant & productive conversation with the Director of Operations - who noted our concerns and promised they would be addressed. Based on this, we will give Riverwalk another try. I thank him for reaching out.
