   The food was great but the staff (manager) was a bit too much to handle. He argued about trying to put table together, even after the hostess said we could.

   Nikki was the bartender on duty Friday night where we started our evening. We decided to just stay and eat at the bar instead of going to our table. She was amazing!!! Service, personality, knowledge were all outstanding. She made our night.

   The onion blossom was over cooked to the point where the edges were burned black. Hamburgers were over cooked, cheese was burned, bacon horribly over cooked, bun was stale, the fried egg was cooked hard-crisp, and the pork had no flavor. Sweet tea was good. Would not recommend this restaurant.

   We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Also, the prices are exorbitant- $38 for a skimpy burnt rock hard half chicken with no sauce and "crispy" brussel sprouts that were soggy and uneaten. A hamburger is $19, but it was properly cooked and tasty. Two people at our table had the wedge salad and noted the lettuce was wilted and unappealing. The club soda was flat. Alcohol is a "set pour" so a glass of wine is 4 ounces and costs $15! A Grey Goose and soda is $16 with a 1 ounce "set pour." Big city prices for a restaurant that's in the middle of the country. The restaurant also needs a dedicated hostess/host. There was none. The upside: our waitress was friendly and the restaurant was lively.

    Steaks were prepared just as we like them; garlic was excellent; brussel sprouts were superb; wine selection is excellent.
