The restaurant was very attractive with wonderful views. However, the noise level was so loud one could not hear anyone at the end of a table which made it less than fun to be there. The louder it became, the more people had to shout which made it louder and louder and after a while, we just left, as it was just too frustrating.

Terrible service, workers had an attitude of not wanting to be there. The place is hectic with workers running back and forth nonstop creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The small room creates a huge noise level and you can barely hear yourself think. The food was not spectacular but not bad. I would never come back here again, 1/5 stars for me.

I've usually had good service at Paradiso in the past... last night the waiter was a blank. Zero personality, no facial expression, or voice inflection. He never checked on us once, though he had to walk by our table over and over. I had made a reservation in advance. We were given the back table right as you enter the area to the kitchen and bathroom. My view was staring at a partial wall and the bathroom door along with all the waitstaff walking in and out. Including our waiter who I would repeatedly need to waive down and ask for: - bread service - more water as my glass sat empty for quite a while. - plates so we could eat the caprese appetizer we shared - we wanted to order a second round of drinks about 1/2 way through dinner. He just never came around to check on us although he had to keep walking by us. An empty water glass in plain view sat for the longest time... good wait staff spot that. It was irritating as I wanted to have an enjoyable evening catching up with my cousin. Our conversations kept getting interrupted as we would need to stop, look for the waiter and catch him before he bolted by again with no eye contact. Maybe this guy was having an off evening, who knows. It was just a dining experience that aside from the food, wasn't all that enjoyable because of waitstaff and staring at the wall and bathroom door all night. The first 10 minutes, I was thinking, just make the best of it.... I should have Known better.

Loved our date at Ristorante Paradiso! Best of all, the staff was able to seat us in the exact spot I asked for on the reservation booking. It meant so much to me as that was a special date night! Loved the food, wine and staff. Very happy with our experience!

I had the special. Grilled swordfish with an assortment of veggies and potatoes. The fish was moist and flavorful. Cooked to perfection. Probably the best I’ve ever had. My friend has the veal with mushrooms. Again moist and flavorful. Overall a fabulous find and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Jesus for great attentive service.
