料理は前衛と遊び心がありつつ、深みのあるエレガントな味わい。クエと赤身肉は最高でした。なによりワインマッチングが素晴らしい。ギャルソンのホスピタリティと技量に脱帽です。

家内の誕生日に夕食をいただきました。料理はどれも美味しかったのですが、特にパスタは格別です。流行りのモチモチ系でもなくアルデンテでもなく絶妙でした。多くのお店は過剰な塩味で辟易するのですが珍しく美味しいパスタに出会えました。お酒が弱いのでグラスでワインをいただいたのですが、そのチョイスと説明は的確で、それだけに私の方がもう少しいただきたいワインのイメージを正確に伝えることが出来ればもっと美味しいワインがいただけたと後悔しているくらいです。

素晴らしい雰囲気の中、本場以上の創作料理が楽しめます。料理とワインにストーリーがあり、会話に弾みがつき、たのしい食事会にしてくれました。ごちそうさまでした。

以前から気になっていたお店だったので、久しぶりに会う知人と、半ばビジネスランチとして利用しました。おしゃれな空間で、天井も高く、テーブルの間もゆっくりしていたので、気兼ねなく仕事の話ができました。（女性比率が高いので、居心地の悪い男性はいるかもしれません）ドリンクのサービスがあったのは、ちょっとしたサプライズでしたが、オープンテーブルから予約したからだったのでしょうか？ランチは、お料理の質、量、サービス共に満足できるもので、楽しい時間が過ごせました。会話の内容からビジネスランチと推察されたのだと思いますが、テンポ良くお料理を出して下さったので、時間も予定どおりでした。また何かの機会に利用したいと思います。

インテリア、サービス、お料理、全てに満足しました。忙しい日常からひととき開放され、素晴らしい時間をすごくことができました。特に前菜は、美しく、おいしく、お値段以上の価値があったと思います。スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました。
