Our server Eric was absolutely amazing! He handled our entire girls volleyball team with such ease (and grace) and the girls loved him! The food was fantastic!

Service great but the food was less desirable. Better places to go in the area.

Subpar experience at Rigazzi's. Had been a few years since I'd been here and was really let down this time. Had a Saturday evening reservation, ordered drinks and waited at bar for a bit before table was ready still. Service was pretty good. But food was mediocre to poor across the board. Toasted raviolis were more disappointing than I've ever experienced at a restaurant on The Hill. Arancini just ok. Risotto was greasy and globby. Chicken parm was olive garden or worse. Tortellini was the only decent dish at our table of 4.

The food was ok. Missed the real Italian food... tasted like canned pasta...pizza was great. It was very loud. The server was very good.

This was a staffing issue as server had too many tables and it took a long time to receive food after salad course. Risotto was almost inedible with the amount of garlic used.

Outstanding. Been there several times when I lived in STL and enjoy coming back when visiting. I brought 3 people with me that had never been there. They loved it. I told them they would. Rigazzi’s never disappoints !!! Fantastic

Came on a busy Saturday so not sure my dissatisfaction is fair, but the food took a really long time. We ended up boxing up most and taking it home. Food was okay, not sure if the pasta was fresh or not.. Server was very nice.

We started with an order of toasted ravs. I know food prices have increased, but $11.99 for 10 pieces is not a good value. Plus the ravs were smaller than expected and bland. (Fazio's frozen toasted ravs are much better and cheaper.) Everyone in our group started with a salad. Some ordered Ceasar salads and others house salads. Our waitress could not tell them apart through no fault of hers. The Ceasar salads had no croutons or cheese, only lettuce and dressing. Our waitress mentioned that they were out of croutons. Not sure how that could even happen. Two of us ordered the chicken parm entree. The meat was overcooked. It came with a side of pasta that was dry, but had a kick to it. Overall, the food was disappointing but the service was great! Our server was Candy was wonderful.

Menu changed since I last went and some of my favorite pastas are no longer offered. Service was great. Two of our four meals came out cold so they had to reheat them. That happens. We were at a table by the door to the outside patio. The manager, other employees and some customers kept opening the door. It was frigid outside. No idea why this was allowed in the cold temps. I wanted to put on my coat as it was very uncomfortable. Overall, the meal was fine but not exceptional.

Service was amazing! Atmosphere was super chill and comforting. We went around 3 pm. You can’t go wrong with any of the options on the menu. The cannolis are to die for!!
